Built my online training business using AI for everything except the actual training

I'm a PT who moved some of my services online during lockdown and never fully moved back. Online training now makes up half my income. The problem with online is the content. You need programs, you need to explain things in writing, you need email sequences, you need social content. I'm good at training people. I'm not a natural writer. AI changed everything. Client programs: I build a template prompt that takes a client's assessment form and generates their 8-week program structure. I then customise it — I know my clients, I know what they respond to. But the framework takes minutes not hours. Explanation content: anything I want to explain to clients in writing — why we're doing this exercise, how to progress, how to eat around training — I draft in point form and ask AI to turn it into clear, readable content. Email sequences: onboarding sequences, check-in templates, motivational content. All AI-assisted. The training itself, the coaching, the relationship — that's 100% me. AI does the admin and communication scaffolding. Revenue has doubled since I went partially online. AI is a big part of why it's sustainable.
