Responding to customer enquiries. Managing Google reviews. Sending follow-up messages. All of this took time I didn't have and produced results I wasn't proud of. Now ChatGPT does the writing. I give it the facts and it makes it professional. Quotes: I tell it what the job is, what it involves, and the price. It writes a proper quote that explains the work clearly and gives the customer confidence. Enquiry responses: I used to just answer questions. Now I ask ChatGPT to write a response that answers the question AND explains why I'm the right person for the job. Subtle difference, big effect. Reviews: every review gets a response. Good or bad. I describe what happened and it writes an appropriate response. I'm not great with words. I've always known that. AI bridges the gap between the quality of my actual work and the quality of how I present myself. They should match. Now they do.
