Travel blogging 8 months a year. How AI keeps me consistent.
I publish three pieces of content a week. Blog posts, newsletters, social. While travelling full-time in usually unreliable internet and often while exhausted. Without AI I couldn't maintain that volume. With it, I can. My workflow: I keep a voice diary while travelling. Everything interesting, every experience, every observation. Just talking into my phone. At the end of each day it might be 10-15 minutes of audio. Weekly, I transcribe a week's worth of voice diaries and paste everything into Claude. I ask it to help me find the three best story angles in what I've recorded and draft an outline for each. I pick one, write the piece myself using the outline as a structure, then go back to Claude for a quick read-through. The content is better because I'm capturing more. Before, I'd try to remember interesting things to write about. Now I capture everything and choose the best later. I also use it for SEO โ I'll write my draft, paste it in and ask what keywords I should be including and whether any of my headings could be stronger for search. Consistent output, better content, less stress. That's the deal for me.
