I meal planned for a month in one sitting using ChatGPT
I'd been doing meal prep inconsistently โ great some weeks, complete chaos others. The problem was always the planning step. I hated deciding what to make. I gave ChatGPT my constraints: family of four, two kids who are picky eaters, $200/week grocery budget, no more than 40 minutes per weeknight meal. I also listed the ten meals we already liked so it could use those as anchors. It gave me four weeks of dinners with variety, a shopping list for each week, and a note on which meals could be doubled and frozen. I could see it was thinking about our actual life, not just generating recipes. I've been following it for six weeks. I've barely had to think about dinner.

I publish three pieces of content a week. Blog posts, newsletters, social. While travelling full-time in usually unreliable internet and often while exhausted. Without AI I couldn't maintain that volume. With it, I can. My workflow: I keep a voice diary while travelling. Everything interesting, every experience, every observation. Just talking into my phone. At the end of each day it might be 10-15 minutes of audio. Weekly, I transcribe a week's worth of voice diaries and paste everything into Claude. I ask it to help me find the three best story angles in what I've recorded and draft an outline for each. I pick one, write the piece myself using the outline as a structure, then go back to Claude for a quick read-through. The content is better because I'm capturing more. Before, I'd try to remember interesting things to write about. Now I capture everything and choose the best later. I also use it for SEO โ I'll write my draft, paste it in and ask what keywords I should be including and whether any of my headings could be stronger for search. Consistent output, better content, less stress. That's the deal for me.
Here is my travel diary from this week: [paste transcript]. Find the three most interesting story angles โ experiences or observations that would make compelling reading. For each, write a one-paragraph outline with a suggested headline.
